Refunds will be issued only when the item arrives damaged (say by the post) or when the item is completely different than what was ordered or what was described. 

Exchanges will be issued if the item is different that what was ordered. Exchanges may be issued if the customer is unhappy with the product. If you would like to inquire about an exchange, please feel free to send me a message. 

Any items purchased during a sale or clearance will not be exchanged or refunded. These items will be final sale. 

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for how the post office handles the package. Each order is carefully packaged to make sure that it will withstand nearly all rough handling--but if you're a frequent online shopper, you know how rough the post can get. If your package is lost, I unfortunately cannot refund you--but you may be able to issue a refund from the post. If your package is damaged, please contact me and we can solve the issue together. 

For any inquiries about exchanges or refunds, please contact me within ten (10) days of your shipment notification within the US and fourteen (14) INT. Any inquiries past these deadlines may not be taken.
